When I started this program I recall feeling self-doubt as I faced many new challenges, but already by the third day I noticed a more positive and hopeful outlook towards my own capabilities. I was a person with no self-confidence and negative approach towards life in Canada, as I am a new immigrant. But today I am a different person having high- self confidence, high self esteem and a positive person.
This course is a very useful and well-organized program. I have learned a lot of customer service skills and sales skills. The small class size permitted individual attention on each student and provided for an interactive learning. The staff at BUILT Network, Kelly (director),Godhuli(instructor) and Nita (CSW) were always encouraging towards the students and were approachable which made learning a fun experience, I would highly recommend BUILT Network to anyone who is either looking to brush up their computing skills or looking to acquire new skills for personal or professional development.
My first encounter with the network was on telephone with a lady I know not at the time I later met her and found out her name is Nita Bantawa she has a very inviting personality I knew I was welcome and felt comfortable in the office.
I was next introduced to Ms Kelly Bradford a very pleasant, modest and intelligent lady; Ms Bradford was never to busy to give a listening ear and offer sound advice within the limitation of her office. She has a warm and responsive personality.
