The objectives of the BUILT Network program are to provide skills development opportunities in a supportive environment leading to employment for the participants.

To develop and maintain a network of community employers who provide opportunities for participants.

To increase self-esteem and self-confidence in persons while reducing mental health issues in communities. 

To provide a caring peer support network for participants.
