In the Federal Budget 2008 appropriately themed "Advantage Canada", those living with mental illness, addictions and homelessness issues will be supported through a number of demonstration projects spearheaded by the Mental Health Commission of Canada.

"The moneys tied to this announcement will go a long way to helping those living with mental illnesses, addiction and homelessness in Canada.
