BUILT Network Moncton Inc. is a registered not for profit charitable organization.  It was established in Moncton, New Brunswick in May 2004 and incorporated in January 2006, qualifying for tax-exempt status as a registered charity under paragraph 149(1)(f) of the Income Tax Act on October 6, 2006

BUILT Network Moncton Inc. was a prject of the National Network for Mental Health (NNMH) until September 30, 2008.  The NNMH was incorporated in 1992 and funded in partnership with Human Resources Social Development Canada under the Opportunity Fund.

Effective October 1, 2008 BUILT Network Moncton Inc. became funded by the Province of New Brunswick by the following departments:  Health and Wellness, Post-Secondary Education, Training & Labour and Social Development and have an Affiliation Agreement with the National Network for Mental Health for use of the BUILT Network copyrighted material.  Both organizations operate autonomously of each other.
